How do I say thank you?
When the feeling is so much more than just the word?
The cheers waft around me like light steam, warming my skin and stirring my soul. No amount of words could ever hope to convey the love that we share. It is too great for words. There are words, but there aren't enough. The feeling is too big for words.
I am thankful for you, the first fans of my stories. I share my stories with you not just because I love you and have a connection with almost all of you but because we share a collective purpose. We both tell stories to inspire each other; we want to experience things through the story that we might never get to experience in real life. I hope we are both encouraged to live more boldly than we might be if I never took you with me.
I am thankful for the poets who write at The Power of Poetry and have supported our work.
Every applause is a beautiful gift to me. Likewise, every expression of appreciation is a gift.
I am thankful to you all; it is almost impossible to convey just how much that is because the feeling is so much more than just the word. I can't describe how you make my stories come alive and how every poem feels like something I have always known in my heart, no matter how simple or fancy. Every word and every cheer has meaning for me because of who you are and what we share.
We are sincere, admit it, and completely full of awe.
The applause is like a flood when everything's coming in.
Every clap we hear, every poetic rhyme we write, this is our goal.
The glittering stars we see in our dreams and the hopes made of iron; these are our hopes.
It's only a little bit of how much you mean to me.
As you celebrate, I celebrate.
As you clap, I clap.
As you cheer, I cheer.
A celebration in itself, better than any birthday or New Year.
The love we share of poetry's power is a gift to me.
Poetry is all around you 💚 the only question is how much you appreciate it ?
Nowhere is there a shortage of appreciative readers. Even if we could not find the right words to tell you, or put into writing how much we value your presence in our lives, I think you know how much you mean to us.
I am glad that you can feel our appreciation in the cheers and applause that come from readers all around the world. We all cheer for each other when we don't have anyone in real life to support us. We are sincere, admit it, and completely full of awe.
I write because it is what I always wanted to do. I write because it is a gift that keeps on giving. I write because no one will ever know how much you mean to me and how much you continue to mean to me. You have taught me and guided me from the very beginning, and though it's hard sometimes, I am proud to be your friend and your fan.
